Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well.

Neet is an undergraduate exam conducted all over India for entrance to Medical colleges all over India.
It is of 720 marks. It is divided into two sections: Section A and section B.
There are total of 200 questions out of which 180 has to be done. Section B has choices.
There are four subjects in this paper :

Botany
Zoology
Chemistry
Physics

Each is of 180 marks.
Botany and zoology comes under Biology which is of total 360 marks
There is a negative marking of 1 mark.-

Hi

NEET UG paper paper consists of 180 questions in total

90 questions from biology

45 questions for physics

45 questions for chemistry( inorganic+ organic+ physical chemistry)

Each correct answer provides you 4 marks and each incorrect answer gives you -1

Which makes,

Biology- 360 marks

Physics- 180 marks

Chemistry- 180 marks

Overall- 720 marks

If you are looking for separate topic wise marks then it's not certain, because exam is unpredictable, weightage of topics keep varying every year.

Safe is to use NCERT as your main go to book and practice more and more questions.

In NEET there are three subjects namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The subject of Biology is further is subdivided in two portions namely Botany and Zoology. Now Each of this section have two parts i.e, Part A & B. In part A there are 35 question and in Part B there are 15 question available.
