The marksheet number, also sometimes called a roll number, registration number, or candidate number, is a unique identifier assigned to you as a student. It's typically used to link your exam performance and marks to your specific record.

Reach out to the board that conducted your 10th standard exams (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Education Board).

Their website might have a contact section or a specific department for handling student inquiries.

Explain your situation (lost marksheet and missing number on digital copy) and request the marksheet number. They might be able to retrieve it from their records based on your name, school details, and year of passing.

If retrieving the marksheet number directly isn't possible, consider applying for a duplicate marksheet. This will likely involve:

  • Contacting your school administration.
  • Submitting an application form (might be available online or through your school).
  • Paying a processing fee.

The duplicate marksheet will include your marksheet number.

I hope it helps!
