Hello,
The cutoff percentile for PWD category in JEE mains was  0.11371730 in the year 2019. So you need to score a minimum of 0.11371730 percentile to be eligible for qualifying in JEE mains. And for the maximum percentile in jee mains for PWD category, you can score upto 100 percentile.
