Basically Government aided colleges are the ones that draw some or most of their funding for administration and functioning from the Government. So, using this logic it just means that the Ayush courses are provided by colleges that are government aided and fall under the All India quota category (students from all over the country can apply irrespective of the state they are a domicile of )
