• The documents required  for AP Eamcet 2019 counseling are:
• Ap Eamcet 2019 rank card
• Aadhar card (will be returned after verification)
• Inter marks memo
• Transfer certificate
• SSC or equivalent marks memo
• APEamcet hall ticket
• Income certificateissued on or after 01.01.2014 Or White ration card issued by competent authority of A.P for claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
• VI to Inter Study Certificate Or Residence Certificate for 10 years (in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) Or Residence Certificate of either of the parents in A.P. for 10 years in the case of non-local candidates.C
• aste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved category candidates(BC/ SC/ ST).
• PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable.

Domicile certificate is document that proves you are a permanent resident of that state. If there is a home state quota in colleges that com under ap eamcet then it is definitely required. You can get a domicile certificate from Tahsildars office/ Sub-Divisional Office/ District Collector's office or any other authority of state.
