Actually while filling neet application form you are required to select a code as per your educational qualification which is known as qualification code.

For example, if you are appearing for your class 12th examination in 2020, then your qualifying code is 01.

But in case if you have passed your 10+2 in 2019 or before then you need to choose the code 02 .

Similarly,  there are different codes upto code 07 depending upon different educational qualification
