Hello student,

Transformer is a industrial device that convert electrical power( just like AC to DC )without changing their own frequency. It works on the Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. it is basically based on electromagnetism and Changing of electromagnetic field within a wire coil

when the current change in the first coil with change the magnetic flux also. And this changing clock induced voltage in the secondary coil
