The Honble Supreme Court of India vide order dated 07.06.2012 in I.A. No. 35/2012 in Writ Petition (Civil) No 443 of 1992 in the matter of Sharwan Kumar Vs Directorate General of Health Services and Anr has directed the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare to hold Online Counseling for 15% All India Quota undergraduate MBBS/BDS seats.

In order to comply with these directions Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has constituted a Medical Counseling Committee (MCC).

Online Counseling shall be conducted on the basis of NEET UG Result 2017 declared by the CBSE, New Delhi.
