What is midsemester exam in gtu.is it's marks count in end semester result. Engineering

Midsem are those exams which are generally conducted in the middle of the semester. Usually there are 2 midsemester in every Semester and the marks of those 2 midsems will be taken count during the final result of that particular semester in approx all the colleges.
