what is minimum percentile required to get admission on nit's

seriously if you are a general then 96 percentile is the minimum percentile that can give you think of any nit.but for obc then 90-95 percentile is enough to get admission in any NIT.for sc/st atleast 80 percentile is enough to get admission in any NIT.

Dear Aspirant


If you have scored percentile above 98 then you will defenietly get a good and reputed nit .Nits are best In terms of Placement, Infrastructure and faculties.

There are nits like nit Trichy,Nit surathkal and nit warangal which are considered to be at the top and also have high cutoff ranks.

And your rank should be within 15000 to get a nit and core branch also.
