If you have interest in private sector and IT field so choose BCA and if you have interest on banking field so choose banking.

But for bank jobs it needs the well preapation to crack the exam, so prepare well if you want to go in this sector.

Also if we talk about job security so it is more secure as compared to the public sector.

Also salary increment and hike is more in bank field and other facilities are also good and well in this field.

So choose according to your interest.
