A Weekly Test Series and Analysis, Regular Revision and Relaxing youself before the exam. These three points are very important for a strong preparation of NEET without loosing confidence. You should also have very few friends, equally serious preparing for the Exam and try interacting with them regularly, sharing your progress and discussing theirs as well as solving doubts. You effectively need a good test taking strategy, a routine as well as startegic selection of preparation material for success.
