Well this is a tough question, it depends upon how better the good college is from the college where you would pursue the good course. If the gap is too much then i would suggest go with the college unless the course you are getting at good college is totally different from what you really want to be in the future. You can build your way up with a good course from a mediocre college since there will be room for improvement but with not a good course from a good college you have very limited room for growth.
