The entrance exam is taken by the candidates seeking admission into the five year integrated M.SC program in the subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Basic Sciences and Mathematics at NISER Bhubaneshwar or UM-DAE CESB, Mumbai.

The exam pattern includes the questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics of class 11 and class 12 level. Candidates need to do at least three sections in the entrance exam.
