NRI Quota is allotted to the Non-Resident Indians by the premier institute of India . NRI Quota can also be availed by Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) and Foreign Nationals. An NRI student, or whose parents are NRIs, or NRI sponsored where anyone in blood relation (first degree), are eligible for NRI quota in medical colleges subject to rules and regulations framed by the respective State Governments, Institutions and the Government of India.
