Open seats means the seats for the general category or unreserved category seats. There is no particular fee structure for the open seats as it depends upon the college in which we are getting the admission. If you apply through the EWS quota then there might be some benefit in terms of the fees in the self finance college otherwise the fees is institute dependent and there is no change untill you have any reservation or any scholarship.
