The procedure for sports students is same as for the general people in almost colleges. Only the diffrence is you will be getting some reservation quota for the same. So you should carry your certificates along with you.

So, you should follow the same procedure fill the form online and there will be an option for you. Fill in that option and upload all  the certificates if required for the same.
