Hi

When did you pass your 12th?

Actually,

It doesn't matter whether you are appearing for neet examination for the first / second or nth time.

When it comes to codes,

What matters is your education current status:-

* whether you are 12th appearing, if appeared whether results are out or awaited

*already passed

*type of board i. e 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination or intermediate / pre- degree examination

* if you are doing any course is it  bsc with PCB or any other

*or after 12th you have even passed your bsc.

*have studied from a foreign board.

Anyway,

As you are appearing for neet 1st time, I am guessing that you have appeared for 12th board 2021.

----) If your results are not out yet then you need to choose code 1 because

code 1 is for class 12th board 2021  examination appearing students with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.

----) If your results are out then,

you need to choose code 2 because

code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English

In case if at 12th level  you have done PUC ( like Karnataka state board) or Intermediate ( like Telangana state board) , then you need to choose the code 3 because

code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology should also contain practical exam.

Here's a short brief of rest of the Neet codes :-

--------) Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology after passing hsc i. e 10+2 or puc or equivalent.

--------) Code 5 :- code 5 is for all those who have passed  1 st year graduation with all the three of  Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology

--------) Code 6 :- code 6 is for all those students who have passed  BSc  with at least any two of following subjects :-

>>>>Physics,

>>>>chemistry ,

>>>>biology/biotechnology

--------) Code 7 :- code 7 is for those who have passed their examination from foreign board which is equivalent of Indian 10+2 board.
