Assuming you are asking for percentile require to qualify Mains and write JEE Advanced. The percentile required depends on your category. Following is the cutoff percentile of JEE Mains 2021:

It is very difficult to predict how much marks are required as percentile depends on factors like Paper difficulty, other students performance. However if we go by previous years scoring pattern, 100 marks would be sufficient to qualify JEE Mains. It must be noted that obtaining percentile equal to qualifying cutoff won't gaurantee you NIT Seat. To get NIT seat you should get good rank also .
