see the computer academy differs along with courses and you need to have approval of govt of particular state and other relevant technical authority approval  if you are issuing certifications courses to candidates. however if you know microsoft office, and documentation making, report writing, ppt presentation making, you can also start your own ventures, however to run a educational computer training institute is not easy, you may need many computers, tables, chairs, board, lighting and air cooling system.
