If you are 16 in 2019 and you will turn 17 on or before December 31st, 2020, you are eligible to write NEET 2020. But if you are currently 15 and you will not turn 17 by December 31st, you cannot write NEET. Now you can be older than 16 or 17 in 2019 to write NEET 2020 because there is no upper age limit for NEET. The lowest age you need to be for writing NEET is 17 years by December 31st, 2020.
