Its not clear what you mean by dual degree. most of the iits professor have master and phd degree in relevant discipline. only phd in computer science is not enough to be an iit professor, they have many research papers published in international journal, most of the professor have industrial experience of 5-10 years. salary structure is also depends on years of experience. for associate professor salary is 90k per month approximately.
