The salary differs from bank to bank whether it is private or government. Jobs in government banks are more secure. The salary depends upon the designation as well. The basic pay of a clerk is around Rs.25,000. The basic pay of a P.O is around Rs.50,000. The basic pay of a Manager is around Rs.65,000.

The salary of a bank employee depends in bank to bank and several other factors for example where the bank is (rural or urban). Though i would help you to know the basic pay :

For clerk : 24k to 26k and other allowances, perks and perquisites.

For P.O : 45k to 55 k and other allowances,perks and perquisites.

For manager : 60k to 66k and other allowances, perks and perquisites.
