Special Class Railway Apprentice examination is for getting apprentice training and intensive training .It also covers up four years engineering degree in mechanical syllabus in collaboration with BIT, MESRA. After successful completion of four years in training/study, jobs will be offered by Indian Railways as officers.. Eligibility for SCRA Examination is a Pass in +2 /PUC with Mathematics.Physics &Chemistry.

You will be offered an IES grade post after completion of your course. But competiton is very high as there are in total 35-40 seats only and applicants are around 3 lakhs.
