If you are talking about Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUAT), Pantnagar, then the general Entrance exam syllabus includes, Class 11th and class 12th portions. You will have to prepare your PCM subjects well along with mental ability questions and a little knowledge on biology/agriculture.
