Hi,

Most of the universities in Canada require 16 years of education or a 4 years Bachelors degree for Masters. You have to first complete you masters degree after 3 years bachelors degree. You can also do a year of one year post graduate diploma so as to complete 16 years of education. Also, ,most of the universities demand 2-3 years of work experience in  the field your are applying for masters especially for admission in Canadian Business schools.
