Dear Archana, it is an exam that is conducted for students who have not qualified in JEE Main. OJEEB will conduct this exam for  1 hour long duration and the online registrations will open tentatively around the 4th week of June. The exam will be conducted on July 21st.  So Orissa Joint Entrance Examination Board will conduct counswlling for candidates who qualified in JEE Main. And for those who haven't qualified in JEE Main, Special OJEE is conducted. Candidates who qualifying this exam, are called in for counselling.
