UKSSC exam will be conducted in MCQs format carrying 100 questions(each of one mark) for two hours, the questions will be asked from commerce, there's negative marking scheme, one-fourth will be deducted for each wrong attempt. Minimum qualifying marks is 45% for General and OBC while for SC/ST it's 35%. The syllabus consists of topics such as Management Information System, Research Methodology and Quantitative Techniques, Financial Accounting, Laws of Taxation(Direct and Indirect), Not-for- Profit Organizations, Accounting for Companies and Partnership Firms, Principles and Techniques concerning Management, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Recent Trends in Commerce, Analysis of Financial Statements, Project Work and Cash Flow.

13. Partnership firms and companies has three units such as financial statement of non-for-profit organization

14. Analysis of financial statement has two parts which includes financial statement analysis and project works
