Hi
I am guessing that you are asking about government medical college.
Your profile suggests you are in class 11 and from UP. There's no definite minimum marks set to confirm a seat in medical college. It keeps changing every year
So ,predicting the marks required to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 573 marks for obc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich
You can check the same at

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , you should try to get at least 50 marks more in comparison of Neet 2019 in your Neet examination to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 630 marks.
To prepare for your neet examination, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet
