In most colleges it starts with appearing for entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, CMAT, etc or state level entrance exams. After these exams shortlisted candidates are called for further rounds such as interviews or ability test.. Some pvt colleges offer direct admission as well.. and regarding the placements, it offers strong opportunities if u choose reputated institutes.. it depends on ur communication skills ans specialization as well
