there are lots of advantages being in cbse board over ISC because all the all india exam like jee main, neet, agriculture exam(ICAR), kvpy all syllabus is co related with cbse. thats why most of the topper are from cbse board compare to other state board and ISC. cbse education standard is also high , many students who got a decent marks in 10+2 from isc , fails to bring a good rank in competitive exam. hope it would help.
