The age limit for the two academic is different.. 

1) IMA-(19-24) years

2)OTA-(19-25) years..

IMA is open for men while ota is for both men and women having age between the given range.. 

Here aspirations just need a graduate degree to apply for IMA and OTP.. 

There are different types of entries with varied age limit in IMA DEHRADUN , for gentleman cadets . It first type of entry that is DIRECT entry it wants the cadet to be between 19 to 24 during the commencement of the course , the other mode of entry that is TGC , it trains engineering graduate from across the country and the age limit for this entry is 20 to 27 years .hope that helps , all the best .
