Hello aspirant,

The eligibility criteria for NEET 2020 specifies that, a candidate must have completed 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31, 2020. There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgement on it and there is no limit on the number of attempts a student can make.
