hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that for to be eligible to sit 10th board exam of cse candidate should have minium age of 14 and their is no upper limit of age . According to given date of birth ,you daughter will turn 14 years on 14.06.2009 so yes she is eligible to appear for the examination
