For NEET UG,you have to be 17 years old as per NEETs eligibility criteria ,then only you are eligible to give exam and there is not upper limit for NEET UG.
For NEET PG,there is no upper as well as no lower age limit in giving the exam,so you can give it with any age.

There is no upper age limit to appear for the NEET 2020. But the candidates who are above 25 years age and appearing for the exam have to seek for the orders of supreme court.
