There are numerous things you could do after engineering.

1. Try to get into a IT/Core company job
2. Become an entreprenuer and open your own company or business
3. Write exams like GATE/CAT/MAT/TANCET/GRE and do higher studies ME/MS/MBA/PHD
4. Write bank exams and get into a bank job
5. Pursue your goal of becoming something or doing the things which you always wanted to do.
6. If none of that works and you like to teach, try becoming a lecturer or a trainer(softskills/communication skills/ aptitude and many Inorder to achieve any of those you need to reseach, work hard and pursue in that field.
