The very best advantage of CMAT over MAT is its acceptance over many Bschools ranked in top 50 and is at par in terms of difficulty with MAT. CMAT is generally rolled out by AICTE whereas MAT is by AIMA. However, there is slight advantage of MAT over CmAT as well. MAT will be conducted in both offline and online modes, and a candidate can select any of the modes while filling the form. MAT 2017 will have 200 objective type questions divided into five sections. Both the exams have its own value. CMAT is one of the recently launched MBA entrance exams which is conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). AICTE mandates every institute approved by it to consider CMAT score. The CMAT scores are accepted by over 1500 B-schools across IndiaThrough CMAT you can get the admission in top colleges like MICA, K. J. Somaiya etc.

MAT exam conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) for the admission in about 500 B-schools in India. It is conducted 4 times a year in the months of February, May, September and December. Mat is accepted by the institute like Christ University, Amity etc.
