You will be choosen for interview in best MNC's like McKinsey . You will probably placed in best intial packages available. When you switch to another company most likely hike will be placed on previous companies package. So by getting rank you will have a good start in career but after few years no one will care about your ranks you will be judged by your experience and skills. If you get rank it is good but if you dont get rank no need to worry just work seriously for few years, experience will teach you how to reach a better place than rankers.
