After completing MPC you have many options.As you mentioned that you aren't interested in Engineering so other options for you are listed below :

• B.Arch
• BCA
• BBA
• Hotel Management
• Agriculture course (B.Sc)

If your aim is to get into government sector then you can take any B.Sc course and then you can prepare for exams like Bank,SSC,Railways State and Civil Services.
