If you want to prepare for upsc then don't choose best coaching choose that coaching institute which is best for you.Also take online help.Attempt mock test and solve pyqs.Try you read newspaper daily.however I can suggest you some good coaching institution names like drishti ias,Ravi and vajiram etc.Go to library if needed.
