If you want to improve English, I suggest you to go for The Hindu newspaper.  In case you interested to know about the financial world, Financial Times is the best option. For general news and updates, go for economic times.

It contains articles from various reputed sources and you can expect that level of RC passages for CAT so you'll be well equipped.
