If you are looking to study abroad, you will have to build up a good portfolio showcasing your grades, your extra curricular activities and social work from 9th to 12th grade. Apart from that, depending on the college you’re aspiring to get into, you will have to write essays on topics given by the college and/or an essay on why you should be selected by them. You May also be required to write the SATs and have a decent score in them. If you’re an Indian, you will be asked to write TOEFEL/IELTS as an English proficiency test. Coming to your board percentage, it should be pretty much close to the predicted scores that you send via your online registration for your desired college.
