Before getting into the exact answer, a few things to say!

1. Mechanics is the basics of physics. It includes linear motion, laws of motion, rotational motion etc. It is not related to electricity or optics.
2. I would recommend you to study optics and then waves. because some of the basic concepts of optics such as wavelength, frequency etc also appear in waves. You can also simultaneously study them if that is comfortable for you.
3. Then for electricity part, electrostatic is the basic chapter and a proper understanding of it will help current electricity chapter.
4. Then you can study Magnetism and electromagnetic induction.
5. Thermodynamics can be covered in between.

So I would the sequence mechanics, electrostatic, current, magnetism, electromagnetic induction, thermodynamics, optics and waves.

Note that this is my opinion. I f you feel any other sequence comfortable go with that. Remember that while you are covering a new chapter you must regularly revise the previous chapters.

Physics has different branches available for you, you could start from the branch you like the most or the branch you find easy. To me I find optics and mechanics easy and I find them very interesting so I always start with them first than I go for the rest.

So choose what you like what you are comfortable with. Though electrical and magnetism can go hand in hand. If you understand electrical than magnetism can be cleared soon.

Motions can be separately done. Under motion you could do optics, concepts of light related topic and waves with thermodynamic etc...
