The admission process may slightly differ for each course. But some common eligibility criterias are:

1. You need to pass 12 th standard from some recognized board.

2.Candidates must qualify CUET ( common university entrance test) for certain courses.

3. After  qualifying CUET you need to register on the DU admission portal and fill out the application form.

4. Seat allocation is based on your score in CUET and your preferences in application form

5. Then all your important documents are verified after that you must pay the admission fee to confirm your seat.

The criteria for admission to Delhi University (DU) depend on the program you're applying for (undergraduate or postgraduate) and whether it's offered through a central entrance exam or by the university itself.

You must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board with a minimum qualifying percentage (usually 50% for general category and lower for reserved categories).

Since 2024, admissions for all undergraduate programs at DU are conducted through the Central University Entrance Test (CUET). You need to appear for CUET (UG) and score well in the relevant subjects based on the program you're applying for.

While CUET scores are the primary factor, your Class 12 marks might be used for tie-breaking purposes during seat allocation.

For Postgraduate Programs:

You must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum qualifying percentage (varies depending on the program and category).Admissions for most postgraduate programs at DU are conducted through the CUET (PG) exam. You need to appear for CUET (PG) and score well in the relevant subjects based on the program you're applying for.

Some specific postgraduate programs at DU might have their own entrance exams conducted by the university itself.
