Dear Pratham,  for starters, for being eligible for Maharashtra NEET domicile, you need to have lived in Maharashtra for a minimum period of 10 years or should have studied 10+2 from the State of Maharashtra. Such candidates are eligible for reservations offered by the State of Maharashtra. While 15% of seats are filled through All India Counselling, the rest 85% State Quota seats are divided into:

30% State Quota

70% Regional quota which reserves 30% for female Candidates and Reserved Categories according to the Reservation policy of India. Rest of Maharashtra also falls under this quota.

Now you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs have been as follows:

General Category: 478
OBC: 473

Now this is 2018 data. Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. 2019 NEET counselling is yet to be over and hence we do not have the cut offs data yet. But in General, to be able to secure a seat in Maharashtra GMC under RoM quota, your score should be nothing less than 600. If you are planbing on apearing for NEET, this might help you:
