Nitesh, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018, the cut offs for various Categories under State Quota have been as follows:

General Category: 498

OBC: 487

SC: 375

ST: 269

Now this is 2018 data and we do not have 2019 data yet. And cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So based on your Category, you should aim for atleast 80-90 marks more than listed here.
