Dear Savita, if you are enquiring about MMM Institute of Health Sciences, Tamilnadu, it is a Private Medical College affliated to Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University. And Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. You need to hold Tamilnadu's State domicile to participate in State Counselling for admission in any Private Medical College of Tamilnadu.
