The cut off Marks will totally depend upon the college you want to crack. Some colleges like Delhi university, symbiosis have their entrance test for getting  admission. There are a lot of colleges where selection is done on the basis of the 12th percentage and merit list. So first decide about the college you want to crack and prepare for that.
