Hello Nitin,

There is no separate cutoff or preference for defence quota student wanting to take admission in AFMC or any other medical college. Admission is only based on marks scored in NEET Exam.

You may however be allotted some extra marks in AFMC Interview by Board of Officers based on Defence Quota however it’s not certain and to be eligible for interview you need the pass the cutoffs. Generally it’s 550 out of 720 for boys as well as girl but it do vary yearly.

The only college where Army award students are given preference is Armed College of Medical Sciences, Delhi.
