There is a difference between B.A. Economics and Economics Honors, where the former would cover the basics of Economics; Later would give you the in-depth knowledge of Economics but Eco (Honors) student would definitely have an upper hand when it comes to career opportunities. Also the salary structure would vary again depending on your performance on the program and how you use the knowledge earned through the degree.
